This update has taken a long time to finalise because the email notification and audit logging systems are central to the whole system. We apologise for the delay in releasing the changes and sincerely hope you find the changes useful. Our goal is to make your job easier with more options for the real-world complexity of tender evaluations.

Thank you to everyone who gave us their time in 2019 to help identify priorities for our development schedule last year. We have a long list planned for 2020 so we'll crack on with in. Hopefully everyone is staying safe over the summer. I'm sure many of you have been affected by the horrendous fires (as have we) and have an extra large workload as a result.
